Mind skills. Real results.
I believe that psychological health and safety is just as critical as physical safety—especially in the trades and construction industry.
After more than 20 years working in trade environments, I’ve seen firsthand the pressure, stress, and demands placed on the people who build our communities. Tight deadlines, physically demanding work, long hours, and a culture that often encourages people to “push through” can take a significant toll on mental wellbeing. Yet for too long, mental health has been treated as an afterthought.
My philosophy is simple: strong, safe worksites are built by healthy people.
Mental health education should not be abstract, clinical, or disconnected from real work environments. It needs to be practical, relevant, and delivered in a way that tradespeople and construction professionals can actually use—on the job and at home.
Through my training in workplace mindfulness and professional coaching, I focus on providing real-world tools that help individuals:
I am passionate about bridging the gap between modern mental health practices and the realities of trade and construction work. My approach respects the strength, skill, and work ethic of this industry while challenging the idea that struggling in silence is part of the job.
This work is about empowerment—not weakness. It’s about giving people the knowledge, skills, and confidence to look after their mental health, support their mates, and sustain long, healthy careers in an industry that our society depends on.
